Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour Support

Best season for the Everest base camp helicopter tour

Everest base camp helicopter tour can be done at any time of the year because it is doable within some hours. Due to the weather change in the Everest region, the flight can be postponed or delayed from time to time.

As we know, this happens most when the weather is foggy and or high chance of rainfall. If we cannot see the mountain range and spectacular aerial view in detail, there is no reason to take off. Mostly, the summer season is the time when this tour faces a lot of challenges.

So, if we have to carry out the flight, we choose the morning time to schedule this tour which makes the flight safe and successful.

Everest Helicopter tour

Spring & Autumn Season

The spring and fall would be ideal for an amazing flight to the Everest region if we were to select among the four different seasons. The weather throughout these two seasons is often clear and sunny.

You may enjoy the pleasing views of the spectacular mountains with the clear sky from September through November and from March through May. You will savor the breathtaking view of the towering peaks and the rhododendrons in full bloom that cover the lush forests.

As a result, the view from the helicopter and the world’s tallest hotel will be exceptionally clear and the mountains will appear more lively. Since these are busy times of the year, you could have to confront a certain number of people around, which some people may find unsettling to their serenity.

Winter season

The peak winter months are from December to February. Although the base camp area sees chilly temperatures at this time of year, helicopter flights are still a choice. The area around the Base Camp gives a snowy Holiday vibe, with the hills and peaks entirely covered in snow.

The different kinds of surrounding plants and trees will be blanketed with snow from the top, with some underlying green areas visible. This type of scenery is very exciting in the winter. The views of the region are stunning despite the low temperatures during this time of year.

Winter is also a chosen period for this heli tour because there are fewer tourists around at that time. Since you can never predict a natural occurrence, you must always be alert for travel delays during this season.

Summer/Monsoon season

Monsoon is regarded as the off-season for all kinds of adventure activity in Nepal. Basically, the monsoon season provides unpleasant experiences for travelers. Like in the autumn and spring, the temperature is often mild, although the weather can be unexpected.

The cloudy weather in the monsoon season makes it difficult to maneuver in the Everest region. So, we do not recommend doing the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour during this season since the weather is usually unpredictable.

Moreover, the hazy clouds at this time of year generally obscure the peaks and the surrounding region. As a result, the monsoon season would be a time when flight disruptions and delays are common things to take place.

Group sharing EBC helicopter tour

Five passengers may use this group-sharing option at once. As you take a helicopter ride to the Everest base camp with others, the cost is significantly reduced on this Group sharing option.  The group-sharing option is selected automatically when a traveler chooses to do a single trip on this tour.

Meanwhile, those who select this option get to travel with other individuals who share similar kind of interests. We can see several businesses provide special deals on this tour on various occasions. As a result, for those on a tighter budget, this is the ideal option to Explore the Everest region at the lowest prices.

Private EBC helicopter tour

You may plan the flight inside your own circle using the private helicopter tour option. For any type of private event, you may add your friends, family, and colleagues with an additional shuttle ride at your request. For those who like to relax in their own luxury and space, the private EBC helicopter tour option is the best option.

On this flight, the passengers shouldn’t have to wait or bump into other passengers. The passengers also get to land in specific locations that they have chosen, where they can snap photographs and observe the landscape. Therefore, this choice is fantastic for a sightseeing excursion in the Everest region.

Wonderful flight

Birendra and his team were so wonderful. I would recommend for everyone sure. My one piece of advice is to make sure the flight time of the helicopter. The Pickup drop and helicopter flight time pick up and drop are on time. The pilot shows us the village and mountains. He is so talkative.
