According to our past experience, we have a lot of trekkers who did Everest base camp trek without any past experience of trekking and hiking. If your fitness level is normal you can complete the Everest base camp Short trek. Past trek and hike experience is the plus point of your trek for this time.
Are the lady trekkers safe in the trek?
Of course yes. We ensure full of travel safety in both for female and male travelers. We have a very good relationship with our guide staff and lodges. All our guides are very helpful and mindful with our guests.
How is the speed of trekking?
MHTAE guide and pre-meeting request all the trekkers to keep slow and regular trekking instead of fast and stop trekking. We will not participate in any marathon in this trek so the main guide of the office stays with the slowest trekker during your Everest Base Camp trek in group trek. Slow trekking is the plus point of preventing acute mountain sickness.
The difficulty of the trek
Nepal trekking situated in higher elevation so it will a bit challenging for most visitors. Some training and good information are always helpful for this trekking. Normally it's moderate difficult trekking as compared to other trekking routes of Nepal. Trekking normally 5 to 7 hours in one day and around 10 to 15 kilometers in one day.
Training for Everest base camp Short trek?
Normally we not suggest a very hard pre-training before the trek. But 1 month prior to the trek if you will do running or distance walking in your hometown it will very helpful. But please do not do a high level of fitness like Gym or other hard training it is not necessary for this trek. It is moderate hiking only because of the altitude it looks difficult.
How I can pay my full cost of this tour?
After you deposit for the trek advance from your hometown then you can send your scanning copy of your passport, Flight ticket copy, and passport-sized photo together for booking this trekking. The trek and the tour are higher altitude activities. We hardly request you to buy your travel insurance from your hometown. We will not suggest you buy an insurance policy with us or our recognized company. There are some risks in higher altitude trekking like Acute Mountain sickness, Leg injury, and other diseases. So please do not hesitate to buy your insurance. Before buy your insurance policy confirm with your agents higher altitude evacuation by helicopter include or not.
