Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel
Today is the first, arrival day in Kathmandu. One of our representatives will welcome and pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport. They will transfer you to your respective hotel.
In the late evening, you will meet with our guide and discuss the 7 days Everest Base Camp trek details and make a trek preparation.
Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and Trek to Namche Bazaar
Elevation: 3440m, Namche Bazaar
Trekking duration: 6 to 8 hrs
Today early in the morning you will take a scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to Everest.
Flight to Lukla is thrilling with scenic views of amazing landscapes in the surrounding.
Once you reach Lukla, you will meet with the porters and other crew members there. They will help you pack your gear and stuff. After this, you will start your trek to Namche Bazaar.
During the trek to Namche Bazaar, you will pass through places like Phakding, Monjo, etc.
Through the trek to Namche, you will get the view of various mountains like AmaDablam, Lhotse, Pumori and many other giant peaks.
Namche Bazaar is the capital of the Sherpa and the Tibetan people. In Namche, you will enjoy and see various restaurants and cafes that provide wifi.

Day 03: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Trekking hours: 4 to 6 hrs
Today after breakfast you will climb uphill to get to Tengboche. During this trek, you will pass through the rhododendron forest, pine trees, and cascading river.
You will walk through the scenic views of the Mt. Everest and magnificent views of peaks like Mt. Ama Dablam, Pumori, Nuptse, Lhotse and many more.
Tengboche is one of the most famous destinations for the trekkers and the Buddhist pilgrims in the Everest region. Here you can witness the oldest monastery in Nepal, the Tengboche Monastery.
Also during the trek, you will get to explore the history of the culture, tradition, and lifestyle of the Sherpa people.

Day 04: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche
Trekking hours: 5 to 6 hrs
Today you will trek from Tengboche to Dingboche which is long and quite challenging. However, prior physical fitness training will be of great help during such talks.
As you are going to a higher elevation the landscape changes into fewer trees which progressively becomes barren. Also, the trails are more rugged and not well maintained.
As you proceed further, you will cross the Imja Khola. From now on the towering Ama Dablam becomes a constant companion on your trek.
After about two hours from Tengboche, you arrive at a small village, Pangboche.
After that, you will pass through a couple of small towns. The trail to Dingboche passes through a descent path. Then, you will head to cross the Khumbu Khola before a gradual climb towards your destination for the day, Dingboche.

Day 05: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche
Trekking hours: 5 to 6 hrs
Today’s trek from Dingboche to Lobuche has points which have mesmerizing views of nature.
The distance from Dingboche to Lobuche is 10.7 km. This point of the trek will mark your journey to the Everest Base Camp even closer.
From the Lobuche village, you can see Khumbu glacier. On the way, you will find snow-capped mountains around you.
Thukla falls on the trek to Lobuche and is a climber memorial park stop. Here you can find memorials of the people who never came back from summiting this Mt. Everest.
This place has many prayer flags for many brave mountaineers. Once you reach Lobuche, you can stay at a tea house.
Day 06: Trek to Everest Base Camp and Trek to Gorak Shep
Elevation: 5364m, 5170m
Trekking hours: 6 to 8 hrs
Today is the day you will reach your goal and final destination i.e the Everest Base Camp. After early morning breakfast at Lobuche, you will proceed with your trek to Everest Base Camp.
During the trek, you will pass through Gorakshep. There are no lodges in the Everest Base Camp which is why the trekkers have to trek to EBC and return back to Gorakshep.
Day 07: Early Morning Hike to Kala Patthar and Helicopter flight to Kathmandu
Trek Duration: 45 minutes
Flight duration: 1hour 15 min
Early in the morning, we will hike to Kala Patthar to catch the best views of Everest. This is the popular vantage point to catch the best views of Mt. Everest during sunrise and sunset.
After spending the victory of this trek and cherishing the moment on the lap of Himalayas, you will board a helicopter and fly back to Kathmandu.
Upon reaching, you can choose to stroll around Kathmandu or get ready for the onward destination. As per your flight schedule, our representative will drop you to the airport where you will share your final goodbyes until next time.
