Useful info

Trekkers while trekking to the Everest region had to be aware of some of the basic trekking skills that are useful for the safety and security of the trekkers while trekking to the Everest region with MHTAE Pvt. Ltd.

1. Prior Trekking experience:

while doing trekking the trekkers with normal fitness levels can do it easily and safely but it will be an extra benefit for the trekkers if they are used to walking on the up-down geography and especially stairs. This is because there are lots of stairs and up-down trails in the trekking trails. No special training is required. Trekkers with knee problems are suggested to consult the agency in detail before confirmation.

2. Best time:

There are four seasons in Nepal throughout the year. [winter{December, January, and February}, Summer{June, July, and, August}, Autumn{September, October, and November} and  Spring{March, April and, May} ].

Autumn and Spring are remark best times for trekking in Nepal. Because this time Nature is the more clear and best view of snowy Himalayan peaks. You can trek freely without worry about the atmosphere and clear surroundings with stable weather mean no need to worry about rain in summer, no need to worry about snow in winter.

This season not too cold a lot. Rainfall is usually low in all seasons except June, July, and August. So, in Spring Autumn, and Winter, you are able to see the majestic view of Himalayan ranges with landscapes of Nepal.

During the Spring season, the temperature is an average of 10-20 degrees. This is tolerable weather in the mountain because the mountain itself a cold place. In spring you can trek Everest view comfortably because the afternoon is hot and at night you have pleasure time at tea houses. This season is flower time so You are able to see the National flower of Nepal(rhododendron) blooming around the trekking.

Autumn Season is the second-best season for the trek. The temperature is between (-5 to +20) degrees. A little bit colder than springtime but the same as you trek in the daytime is hot. Nighttime you relax in Guesthouses.

According to MHT, Experience, and tourist feedback Autumn time is the best time for trekking because of the stable and clear best view of the snow-capped Himalayas. But MHTAE can organize this trek throughout the year depends on your holiday time and flight schedule.

3.Drinking-Water:

This trek is a well-organized trekking area of Nepal. you can trek with a luxury hotel base or a basic hotel base. Drinking water is a major concern for trekkers. In trek easily you can buy mineral water bottle every guest house and the shops during the trekking.

If you like not to pollute the environment wither you can buy boiled water or you can use normal tap water and use iodine tablets or chlorine drops for purifying the water. so you easily can drink the water.

4.Health Issue:
This trek one of the easy to moderate and short trekking destinations of Nepal. During the traveling to Mountain, the main issue of health is Acute Mountain Sickness. There is less possibility of an acute mountain sickness problem in trek because we not cross the trekking more than 4000m altitudes. but cannot guarantee we will feel AMS.

So be careful and take prevention like a walk slowly, drink a lot of water and fluid during the trekking. if you feel symptoms rest one extra day in the same place or lower elevation. The next day if you feel better you continue the trek. MHT guide suggests you about this because our guide is an expert and enough experience of trekkers health issue.

5.Accommodation and food:

Food is a major concern when traveling. MHTAE no compromise with your health. This trek is the best place for trekking which develops like western restaurants nowadays. During Kathmandu, we will provide you a 3-star category hotel. but according to Itinerary in the mountain, we will provide twin sharing tea house accommodation.

As per your requirements and pre-booking, we are able to provide you the normal tea houses inside the toilet and shower. If you like to travel luxury please contact mission Himalaya we can give you other options Everest view luxury lodge trekking.

The route of trekking will be the same but there is a deluxe hotel in Phakding and Namche also in Lukla called Yeti Mountain home. Or we can book the Everest view hotel according to your requirements. Everest view hotel is high altitude star hotel around the world.

The food here more hygienic. but meat items we cannot guarantee. Because sometimes few trekkers but the refrigerator in load shading not proper working so warm weather meat not good. but we will advise earlier. Many foods are hygienic and organize and prepared in front of your eyes.

Dal Bhat and some normal western food will be provided according to the menu provided by the hotel. We will give you the full freedom to choose your own meal while some trekking agency does not provide you and not concern about food. With the food, we will provide you tea or coffee according to your desire and availability.
