Length of Everest base camp trek.
Normally Lukla(trekking starting point) to Everest Base Camp is around 65 km and roundtrip around 130km but depends on your acclimatization day hike or sunset and sunrise hike the distance must be longer than the formidable distance according to the itinerary. In normal calculation, its 12 days trekking around 14km per day. Depends on altitude someday will longer trek. someday will shorter. going uphill slowly less km and back downhill rapidly more kilometer.

In summer if you do not bring raincoat you need to walk in the rain and you make be sick. Please bring good sunglass and Suncream for protection from sunburn. Please bring cold cream and hot bag for high altitude use if your bag is light. Good equipment and packing make your trek very easier.
